Three people are dead and three others injured following a two-vehicle crash in Butler County Wednesday night. Dispatchers say the crash occurred around 10 pm at Southeast Flint Hills Road and Highway 400, between Leon and Beaumont. Butler County dispatch confirmed three people at the scene were initially unresponsive, and were pronounced deceased a short time later. Three others were hospitalized in Wichita with injuries ranging from serious to critical.
The victims' names and the cause of the crash have not been released.
