A line of thunderstorms moved through south-central Kansas early Wednesday morning. In Augusta, residents reported large tree branches and fences being blown down, during what forecasters are calling a micro burst that took place between 7:00 and 8:00 a.m.
Tree damage was also reported near the August City Lake, and powerlines were also downed in the storm.
No injuries were reported.
