Local elections underway and Tuesday is Election Day. Sedgwick County Election Commissioner Laura Rainwater says about 16-thousand voters have cast early ballots in the county. She says voting hasn't been taking long in this election, there aren't many questions for each voter on the ballot.
Rainwater is hoping for voter turnout of 25% in Tuesday's election. That would be a 5% increase from the last Mayoral election in Wichita. Polls open at 6 a.m. Tuesday in Sedgwick County and close at 7 p.m.
