Students in Valley Center are back in class, after school was canceled Wednesday due to an on-line threat.

School officials say extra police will be in place around all schools in Valley Center. Only visitors with previous appointments will be allowed inside.
Additional officers will also be on hand for athletic events, both home and away.
This comes after allegations of racist remarks made during a basketball game last Saturday with Topeka High. The administrations of both schools are working together in the investigation.
