The Wichita City Council will have two new members next year. The Sedgwick County Election Office released the official results late Tuesday.
Mike Hoheisel has upset Jared Cerullo in the District 3 race, winning by just 91 votes.
In District 6, Maggie Ballard defeated Cindy Claycomb by just over 700 votes.
