At Tuesday's meeting, the Wichita City Council will consider spending money on art-related projects. Mayor Lily Wu tells KNSS News they'll look at art in library branches in District 4 and District 3.
The Council will likely renew its contract with Visit Wichita to promote tourism and visitor attractions. Mayor Wu says Visit Wichita has helped bring major events to the city.
Mayor Lily Wu says Halloween is nearly here, and there places where kids and families can get a good scare. That includes O. J. Watson Park's Witches' Island and Botannica's Boo-tanica on Fridays and Saturdays.
Wu commented during Mondays with the Mayor on the Steve and Ted in the Morning Show on KNSS.
