A Wichita man has been sentenced to consecutive life terms in prison.
On September 1st, a jury in District Judge Jeffrey Syrios’ courtroom found Noe Reyes
Carrera, 34 of Wichita, guilty of rape and three counts of aggravated indecent liberties with a child.
The crimes were reported by a 14 year old girl and her 11 year old sister. The older girl told police Carrera had been sexually assaulting her since she was seven years old.
