Wichita Police are investigating a vehicle vs pedestrian accident that fatally injured 45-year-old Kristopher Lacy of Wichita. Just before 8 PM p.m. yesterday (Tuesday), officers were called to the intersection of Seneca and Haskell where officers located Lacy, who was pronounced deceased on the scene by EMS.
The investigation revealed that Lacy was crossing from the east side of Seneca to Haskell when he was struck by a black 2009 Nissan Altima traveling north on Seneca.
The investigation is ongoing. This is the 34th fatality collision for the year and the 37th fatality.
