The Wichita Police Department said that they have arrested a Wichita man in connection to a shooting last weekend.
Tyler Kelly, 20, was arrested on charges of first degree murder and aggravated assault. The charges stem from the shooting death of a 16-year-old boy last Saturday in the 2600 block of N Piatt.
