Wichita Police are investigating after a 49-year-old man was shot early Sunday morning.
It happened around 12:25 a.m., in the 1800 block of S. Broadway. Officers were flagged down by a group of people and found the man with gunshot wounds to his lower body. The victim was transported to an area hospital for treatment and is expected to survive.
