On Thursday Wichita police posted on their Facebook page a call for the public's help in locating a missing 16-year-old girl. The missing 16-year-old is named Sydney Ridge, 5'1″ tall, and weighs 166 pounds. She has brown eyes and black hair. According to police Sydney contacted a family member and made statements that caused concern for her safety.
Anyone with information on Sydney or her whereabouts is asked to call 911.
