Wichita Public Schools, USD-259 announced late Monday night that classes are cancelled for Tuesday, Jan. 21, due to the dangerous windchills during the time when students will be walking to school or waiting for the bus. All staff will report to work and Tuesday will be a professional learning day.
• All school-based staff and long-term subs will report at 8 a.m.
• All non-attendance center staff (AMAC, ISC, IST, SSC) will work as regularly scheduled.
• Other Guest Staff will not report to work.
All evening events and activities will go on as scheduled.
