Wichita public schools have released their COVID-19 protocols for the next school year. Parents on Wednesday received an email from the Superintendent saying that students and employees are strongly encouraged to wear masks, but they are not required.
However, all visitors to schools are required to wear masks, regardless of their vaccination status. The school board will discuss and vote on the practical at Monday night's meeting.
