A soldier from Wichita who died in World War II, has been identified. Pearl Barrow, 36, died, fighting in Germany in 1944.
Officials reported finding remains in 1948 that included a card from a Wichita business. That helped the government identify Barrow in 2020.
However, his family was only recently notified. They say he will be returned for burial in Wichita, but a date has not yet been set.
