A woman from Wichita is dead after a two-car crash in Wilson County. The Highway Patrol reports the accident occurred before 3 p.m. Monday on US 400, about a mile south of Fredonia.
The KHP investigation found a car driven by 18-year-old Taylor Chrisman of Wichita crossed the center line and collided with an oncoming SUV. Chrisman was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the SUV was taken to Wesley Medical Center in Wichita with serious injuries.
