The annual Point-In-Time homeless survey took place Wednesday morning in Wichita. Not only does it count how many homeless are living on the streets, it also attempts to find out why they are homeless.
Organizers say the numbers could be higher this year, because of the pandemic. The final numbers will be shared with the Federal Government, and used to see what services are needed.
