One person was killed in crash involving a truck at a train crossing north west of Wichita.
It happened just after 3:00 p.m. Tuesday near 53rd North and 135th West. According to investigators, a woman in her 30's was driving a pickup, and was killed in the crash with a train. A minor child was listed in critical conditin, and a second minor child was listed in serious condition after being transported to an area hospital.
The train's engine was damaged in the crash and leaked around 1,500 gallons of diesel fuel. A Hasmat team was called in to assist with the clean up.
