A 20-year-old woman from Wichita suffered broken bones and some possible internal injuries when the bicycle she was riding was hit by a truck.
It happened at 10:14 p.m. Sunday, near 47th Street South & Water, to the west of Broadway.
A witness at the scene told Wichita police investigators that a west-bound truck left the scene after striking the bicyclist, who was also heading west.
