A Wichita Police officer was released from a local hospital Saturday evening, after suffering serious injuries sustained in a crash earlier in the day in an attempted vehicle stop in downtown Wichita.
The officer's vehicle and another vehicle collided under the Kellogg flyover, at Kellogg Drive and Main Street during the brief pursuit. Three people in the second vehicle were taken to the hospital with reported minor injuries.
The suspect involved in the chase has not been located.
