
***UPDATE*** The Wichita Police Department released a statement saying Kamryn has been located and is safe. 41-year-old James Nordman has been arrested for the violation of a domestic violence protection order. WPD also voiced a thank you to the alert citizens who saw the vehicle in west Wichita and notified the police.

The Wichita Police Department are asking for the public's help in locating a missing child. At approximately 12:20 a.m. Wednesday, WPD officers responded to a domestic violence report call at a home in the 1000 block of South Christine.

Upon arrival, officers contacted a 25-year-old woman of the residence. She reported that her boyfriend, 41-year-old James Nordman, was at the home with their child, 1-year-old Kamryn Nordman, while she was away. When she arrived home James and Kamryn were gone, and they did not return for several hours.
Investigators are concerned for the welfare of Kamryn and need assistance locating her. Additionally, James is wanted for a violation of a domestic violence protection order. He was last seen traveling in a white 1999 Chevy Trailblazer with Kansas tag 388 MGG. Anyone with information is asked to call 911.
