The Deputy Press Secretary refused to answer growing questions surrounding cash payments to illegal migrants Monday; telling reporters they should direct all relevant inquiries to the Department of Justice.
"If somebody was just separated for a few hours or a few days, would they be eligible to settle a suit and get this payment from DOJ?" asked one reporter.
