(610 Sports) – To become a model franchise in the NFL, the franchise has to have model ownership and that's exactly what the Kansas City Chiefs have become under Chiefs' Chairman and CEO Clark Hunt. Making five-straight AFC Championship games and playing in their third Super Bowl in four seasons, the Chiefs are setting a new standard for winning in the NFL.

On Tuesday, Hunt joined 610 Sports' 'Cody & Gold' from Super Bowl LVII's Radio Row and was asked, now that the Chiefs have made a habit of getting to the Super Bowl so often, had he developed any superstitions?
"We try not to be superstitious, but it's really hard" said Hunt. "My wife and I always kiss each other before every game, which is something that my parents used to do before every game, so we sorta picked that up from them."
Clark's father, Lamar Hunt, purchased the Dallas Texans in 1960 and later moved the team to Kansas City and rebranded the team as the Kansas City Chiefs.
"No pre-game meal, you're not eating the same breakfast every morning before games," Hunt was asked?
"No, no, I eat too much during the games anyhow," said Hunt. "I'm totally a nervous eater and we've got popcorn right inside and I don't know how many times I visit the popcorn bin during the game."
"I heard once, that you eat way healthier half-the-year and less healthy the other half of the year, is there any truth to that," asked show host Cody Tapp?
"100% true," Hunt replied to everyone's amusement. "The 6 months I don't eat healthy tends to be during the football season. The football season's in the winter and I refer to it as "'fat season'."
If this isn't proof that sports franchise owners aren't just like the rest of us, then I don't know what is.
