Former Wichita Thunder goalie, 22-year-old Stuart Skinner, made his NHL debut on Sunday in goal for the Edmonton Oilers; he had 33 saves in an 8-5 home win vs. the Ottawa Senators.
Skinner played two seasons for the Thunder from 2018-2020, recording 17 total wins. Skinner is a native of Edmonton.
Skinner was a third-round draft pick by the Oilers four years ago.
