The Fullerton Police Department is asking for the public’s help to identify the driver of a fatal hit-and-run collision.
According to surveillance video released by police, Thomas Carrillo was struck and killed in westbound lanes of the 2100 block of E.
Orangethorpe Avenue at approximately 10:23 p.m. on June 16. Police said Carrillo was possibly riding a skateboard when he struck. Carrillo was taken to a nearby hospital, where he died from his injuries.
The suspect vehicle was headed west on Orangethorpe and did not stop after it struck Carrillo, police said.
According to police, the suspect vehicle is a dark four-door sedan and is expected to have front-end damage due to the collision.
