Los Angeles has its fair share of bizarre hit-and-runs, but this latest is like something out of a movie. A couple driving on the 91 Freeway Friday captured a minivan flying at full speed with a riderless motorcycle stuck to its bumper, while sparks exploded en route.

Will Panda, who posted the video to his YouTube channel, told the OC Weekly he couldn't believe what he was seeing.

Valentin eventually admitted to being the driver of the van. He was ultimately arrested for an alleged hit-and-run.

The motorcyclist, a 37-year-old Jurupa Valley man, was ejected in the crash and was found by officers on the right shoulder of the eastbound 91 Freeway near Main Street. He was taken to a local hospital for treatment.

In February, a 50-year-old woman in Hollywood was severely injured what looked like a fatal hit-and-run.

In November,  Molly Jane Hoene of Silver Lake was arrested at the Silver Sands Racquet Club in Palm Desert in Riverside County, where she was staying with family, according to the Los Angeles Police Department's Central Traffic Division. Hoene was busted on suspicion of hitting a homeless man on a bicycle.
