An Orange County police department may be on the naughty list for posting a picture of an alleged drunk burglary suspect wearing a Santa suit.
In the photo posted to Twitter, the man appears to be asleep or passed out in a jail cell.

October 23, 2019 The Brea Police Department were quick to accuse the department of "suspect shaming," pointing out that the photo showed the man's face.
One person tweeted back at the department that he was drunk. Y'all are sober. What's your excuse?"
