Simi Valley residents have taken to social media to share their experiences about race and living in the community in a new video titled "#DearSimiValley."
According to the Ventura County Star, the video comes from the activist organization Rise Simi Valley residents, started by Roop Maan and Kellie McManamon, both 22.
The video draws from a variety of people from the community talking about race and what it's been like for them living in Simi Valley.
