Fullerton police have just released the body-cam footage of an officer's fatal shooting of a teenage girl in Anaheim a week ago.
That "something" is now confirmed to have been a replica handgun. The officer then shot her.
Police also released a portion of the 911 made by Williams' father that day reporting that she had taken his rental car and disappeared.
He also says she had been taking anti-depressants.
