A woman in an Eagle Rock CVS was captured on video after she entered the store and began yelling racist epithets at customers.

The woman is seen violently jumping up and down and yelling the N-word at the entrance to the story. Customers are heard calmly saying that she must be on drugs and telling her that they're calling the police.

“I would kill a … but the law says I can’t kill the ….,” she yells in the parking lot, directly facing the cellphone camera. “If the law didn’t say I couldn’t kill all the … they’d all be dead.”

The video, posted below on activist Shaun King's Facebook page contains graphic and disturbing language.

According to KTLA, the woman has been identified as a neighbor as Heather Lynn Patton, and she has a history of bizarre behavior and racist tirades. After a customer reported the incident, LAPD told the Los Angeles Times and KTLA-TV that a hate crime investigation is underway.

Patton has been identified as a costume designer who works in the film industry.

“We had to file restraining orders against her and her husband for warning to … threaten us, to assault us. They were yelling racial slurs,” said the man, who asked to be only identified as Tony.
