LASD - Transit Services Bureau According to Metro surveillance, the suspect appears to have boarded at the Long Beach Metro Green Line station.
The victim alleges that the suspect sat down across from her and began exposing himself while attempting to get her attention. The lewd behavior took several minutes, according to video, until the victim saw what was happening and got up to move to another train car. The suspect then exited the train at the Aviation Station.
The suspect is described as a Black male, about 25 to 30 years old, 5'5" tall, 180 pounds, with short black hair, a mustache, and a scruffy beard. He was wearing a black hoodie, blue jeans, and was carrying a black or dark grey backpack with a small, white logo on it.
LASD - Transit Services Bureau LASD Detective Sergeant Ed O’Neil believes that the suspect will be identified quickly and knows that these types of crimes are indeed rare on the Metro system.
