USC has been told it'll lose its national accreditation for a medical training program that's been the target of sexual misconduct allegations.
That means the program in cardiovascular disease will be shut down when the accreditation is taken away next year.
The Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education let USC and the LA County know the news last week.
The changes will take effect in June 2020 and the students who are already in the program will graduate.
But USC says it hopes to have a new replacement program in-place before that happens.
The Los Angeles Times says several women in the current program have claimed they were groped by one of the doctors in charge.
