Ben Affleck continues to praise ex-fiancee Jennifer Lopez.

The Oscar-winning actor and filmmaker had nothing but sweet things to say about Lopez for InStyle's story about the pop star's cultural impact.

"I thought I had a good work ethic, but I was completely humbled and blown away by what [Lopez] was committed to doing day in and day out, the seriousness in which she took her work, the quiet and dedicated way she went about accomplishing her goals, and then how she would go back and redouble her efforts," the 48-year-old said of their 2003 relationship.

"She remains, to this day, the hardest-working person I've come across in this business. She has great talent, but she has also worked very hard for her success, and I'm so happy for her that she seems, at long last, to be getting the credit she deserves,” he added.

Affleck also hilariously questioned where 51-year-old keeps her “fountain of young,” noting that she looks the same as she did in 2003.

"It kind of looks like I'm in my 40s… at best?" he added, poking fun at himself.

Lopez laughed off the compliment, writing: “Ben is funny! He still looks pretty good too.”

The couple dated for nearly two years and appeared in the film’s “Gigli” and “Jersey Girl.”

Affleck also starred in the music video for Lopez’s smash single “Jenny From the Block.”

InStyle rounded up some of Lopez's closest friends to be featured in the piece including Leah Remini, Michelle Obama, and Matthew McConaughey.

This isn’t the first time Affleck gushed over Lopez, however.

In February 2020, he disclosed that they still stay in touch.

“I keep in touch periodically with her and have a lot of respect for her,” he explained. “How awesome is it that she had her biggest hit movie at 50? That's [expletive] baller."

Lopez previously talked about the “Bennifer”-era during an interview in December 2019.

“Ben wanted to be — believe it or not — quiet and not be in the tabloids,” she confessed. “And it was the beginning of the tabloid era, and we were kinda out there. I remember stacks of magazines and we were on it every week. It was scary. It was overwhelming for both of us.”

Lopez explained that their authenticity is what made them both special and why the world became captivated by them.

“These were people in my life who I really cared about and fell in love with,” she continued referring to Affleck and Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs. “[I] had a very special, very unique relationships with both those people, and I think maybe that’s what captured the public’s attention in a sense.”

Affleck has been known to speak highly of his exes including former wife, Jennifer Garner. In fact, he called their divorce “the biggest regret” of his life.
