Six months after it was announced that Hollywood's iconic 101 Coffee Shop was closed for good, a new diner is moving in hoping to pay homage to the old spot while offering up something new.
Eater LA reports that Clark Street Diner, an offshoot of Clark Street Bread, is expected to open in September with classic American breakfasts & lunch.
The restaurant will not offer dinner or late-night service, like the previous spot, to start.
Fans of the look of 101 Coffee Shop's interior will be happy to know that the new ownership plans to keep much of the diner's interior intact.
