Crews are working to contain the Bain Fire in the Jurupa Valley, which has already injured four people.
As of 2:30 p.m., the fire has burned about 250 acres. It later grew to 700 acres.
The fire started just before 11:30 a.m. in the Santa Ana River bottom in the area of Bain St. and Limonite Ave., according to Cal Fire Captain John Clinging-Smith.
Three have smoke inhalation, one has some kind of traumatic injury.
There are evacuation orders in the area of Arlington and Western avenues in Riverside.

An evacuation shelter is located at the La Sierra Senior Centera at 5215 La Sierra Ave.
