Detectives are looking for a pair of men who stole an ATM in front of a store in the Garment District.
It happened at MariGold Dresses at Santee and Olympic Blvd. on Thursday afternoon.
The two men, both wearing masks, got out of a white SUV, cut the machine off its moorings, and loaded it into the back of the SUV.
KNX News’ Pete Demetriou reported that neither the employees nor the customers tried to intervene. The shop’s owner told KTLA the customers were frightened by what happened.

LAPD Central posted on the X that anyone with any cellphone video or surveillance video is asked to call Central Division Robbery Detectives or report it to L.A. Crimestoppers.
