LANCASTER, Calif. (KNX) — Authorities are looking for a 13-year-old girl who went missing Sunday in the Quartz Hill community, which is bordered by Lancaster and Palmdale.
Isabel Blue Carlos was last seen around 5 p.m. Sunday in the 5500 block of Avenue L-8 in Quartz Hill, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.

She is described as Hispanic, 5 feet, 3 inches tall, weighing 130 pounds, with shoulder-length brown hair and brown eyes.
Isabel was last seen wearing a white shirt, blue jeans, black Vans sneakers, and crystal bracelets.
