An Amber Alert that was activated in response to an abducted 3-year-old boy last seen in Los Angeles has been terminated, police announced Wednesday.

Tyshawn Tucker had last been seen around 1 p.m. Tuesday with 29-year- old Ervin Tucker Jr., who was identified as a suspect in the abduction of Tyshawn, according to the California Highway Patrol, which activated the alert on behalf of the Los Angeles Police Department.
Tyshawn was located Wednesday, but no additional details were provided about when or where he was found.
The relationship between the victim and suspect, if any, has not been determined.
It was unclear whether Ervin, who was believed to be traveling in a 2008 black Mercedes S550 with California license plate 9NWU220, was taken into custody after Tyshawn was located.
