Officers from the Los Angeles Police Department's Devonshire station responded to reports of a commercial burglary in progress involving four armed and masked suspects shortly before 3 a.m. Tuesday at 9310 Topanga Canyon Blvd. between Prairie and Plummer streets, Officer Rosario Cervantes told City News Service.
When officers arrived, the suspects drove away with officers in pursuit, police said. The officers caught up to the suspects at a gas station at the intersection of La Cienega and Century boulevards and took one suspect into custody on suspicion of felony evading and burglary, Cervantes said.
The other suspects remained at large.
