Officers responded to the 6800 block of Topanga Canyon Boulevard on alarm calls just before 2:30 a.m. before responding again an hour later, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.

The businesses struck were Sherwin-Williams Paints, an In-N-Out location, and Big O Tire. The glass window on the front door of the In-N-Out was broken into. One of the windows of Sherwin-Williams Paint store also was busted,as were the doors to Big O Tire.

Some of the rocks thrown at the businesses contained messages on them.

This comes as the LAPD launched a hate crime investigation in Woodland Hills after multiple businesses were vandalized on Saturday. Some of those businesses were Jewish-owned, according to KCAL News.

The LAPD has released images of the suspect in an attempt to identify other possible victims.
