Two students were taken to a hospital Thursday from Walter Reed Middle School in Studio City, where firefighters were sent on a report of "possible overdoses" involving 14 students.

The problem was reported about 10:30 at the campus in the 4500 block of North Irvine Avenue and involved students 12-13 years of age, the Los Angeles Fire Department reported.
The students were examined at the scene, and two were taken to a hospital. An investigation was underway, and other details were not immediately released.
