The deadly Eaton Fire has destroyed more than 7,000 structures, according to an update by L.A. County Fire Chief Anthony Marrone.

Lates estimates from Cal Fire have the blaze at 14,117 acres with 3% containment as of 7:23 PM Friday.

The Los Angeles County Medical Examiner also confirmed Friday that six people have died in the blaze. No further details on the deaths were released.

Marrone added that while the current Red Flag warning will expire at 6 PM Friday, he’s anticipating another one beginning Monday.

As the SoCal fires continue, 100,053 residents are under evacuation orders, 166,800 residents are under evacuation warnings, and 57,830 structures remain at risk, according to Assistant Sheriff Myron Johnson of the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department.

Johnson also said 18 arrests have been made between the Eaton and Palisades fires. Fifteen of the arrests were made during the fires in the Altadena/Pasadena area while three were made in the Pacific Palisades.

“Charges include possession of narcotics, possession of burglary tools, burglary, identity theft, looting,” He said. “One suspect was on active parole and was also charged with possession of a concealed firearm.”

He reminded the public about the curfew in the Palisades and the Eaton fire areas from 6 p.m. Friday through 6 a.m. Saturday.

Sheriff Robert Luna said during a Thursday morning press conference that 20 people had been arrested for looting during the wildfires.

“We ask that all individuals comply with the curfew and stay clear of the impacted areas unless you're an authorized personnel member, such as a fire representative or an emergency first responder,” he said.

Those who are caught defying the curfew will be slapped with a fine up to $1,000 and could face jail time.

The Eaton Fire started Tuesday at 6:18 PM near Altadena Dr. and Midwick Dr.
