The driver of a stolen box truck was taken into police custody Thursday after a pursuit in the San Pedro area Thursday.
The pursuit started around 8:30 a.m. Thursday near 1300 South Pacific Ave., and ended just after 9 a.m. on West 25th Street near Western Avenue, according to Officer Miller of the Los Angeles Police Department.

The driver was identified only as a white male and was expected to be booked for stolen vehicle charges, Miller said.
