Fire at vacant Fairfax building under investigation

LOS ANGELES (CNS) - Firefighters knocked down a fire Saturday at a vacant, boarded-up duplex in the Fairfax District that was the site of a previous burn, authorities said.

Firefighters dispatched at 12:50 p.m. to 645 N. Gardner St.
had the blaze out within 25 minutes of their arrival, the Los Angeles Fire Department reported.

No injuries were reported. The cause of the fire at the one-story duplex was under investigation.
