
A fire damaged a house in Pasadena Wednesday, and a person was taken into custody, but no injuries were reported.

The fire was reported about 12:15 p.m. in the 700 block of east Orange Grove Avenue, according to Lisa Derderian of the city of Pasadena. The cause of the fire was under investigation.
"A total of six will be displaced," Derderian said. "No injuries to any residents, however reports of one deceased cat and two missing cats. One person in custody."
There was no additional information immediately available about the person who was taken into custody.
