Firefighters on Tuesday knocked down an outside fire that threatened a two-story commercial building in downtown Los Angeles, authorities said.
Firefighters dispatched at 7:40 a.m. to 1426 S. Paloma St. had the fire out within 28 minutes of their arrival, the Los Angeles Fire Department reported.
No injuries were reported and the cause of the fire was under investigation.
