BRADBURY, Calif. (KCBS) — Lynsi Snyder, the heiress to the In-N-Out Burger fortune and current president of the fast food empire, has sold her lavish four-acre, nearly 19,000 square foot Southern California mansion.

The massive and sprawling home, located in Bradbury, about 22 miles outside of Los Angeles near the foothills of the San Gabriel Mountains, was recently sold for $16.3 million. The identity of the buyer has not been released.
The estate is also located a few miles from Baldwin Park, where Snyder's grandparents founded the first In-N-Out in 1948 and where the company's headquarters were formerly located before they moved to Irvine.
The sale is a net loss for Snyder who bought the property for $17.4 in 2012 from former Major League Baseball All-Star Adrian Beltre. She originally put it on the market in 2017 for $16.3 million, removed it in 2018 and finally listed it for $16.8 last March.
The main home features 11 bedrooms and 14 bathrooms, while also includes a movie theater, a wine cellar, a fitness center, a hair salon and six-car garage.
In addition, there is a 3,400 square foot recreation center, which the realtor said can be used "as a ballroom, dance studio or batting cage."
The grounds' amenities also include an infinity edge pool, cabana with dining areas, full outdoor kitchen, a vineyard, a private two-hole golf course, and basketball and tennis courts.
The 38-year-old Snyder has an estimated net worth of $4.2 billion according to Forbes.
