Chef Bruno Serato has been feeding our SoCal community and communities worldwide for nearly two decades.
He's one of the people in our community that when you hear his name, you instantly smile, and he's known for three things - his incredible charity, legendary restaurant, and his pasta!

Reaching an incredible milestone, Chef Bruno speaks with Heroes Host Heather Jordan about serving his 10-millionth meal with his non-profit, Caterina's Club.
"I started my first meal on April 18th, 2005, in one location, one city, one club. Nineteen years later, we just celebrated serving 10 million meals. My mama would be so proud to see the number," Serato said.

Chef Bruno is an angel for so many people who need some help getting food on the table.
Born in Verona, Italy, he visited family in Orange County back in 1980, fell in love with the area, and never left.
He started as a dishwasher, worked his way up, and now, as a chef and humanitarian feeding people in 30 cities from over 100 locations, averaging 3 to 5,000 meals a day.

This year, Chef Bruno is also being honored with the President's Lifetime Achievement Award. How does he feel about it? -- "I feel like, wow, that's pretty cool. I guess some people notice that I'm doing something correctly."

Blessed by Pope Francis, knighted by the Italian government, and now our KNX Hero of the Week, Chef Bruno Serato!
