Our KNX Hero of the Week, Seannice Archie, helps lead her coworkers and her community with kindness, encouragement, and creativity!

Seannice has been with the Riverside Transit Agency for 10 years, working as a coach operator. This last year, she's also been the co-coordinator of RAMP 22, a program that provides things like workplace wellness, career development, and more.
“RAMP 22 is our impactful mentorship program created by Riverside Transit Agency and the ATU Local 1277,” she told Heroes host Heather Jordan. It's the largest labor organization representing transit workers in the US and Canada. It can basically foster different relationships, to strong relationships, and it keeps like an open communication, which is key to building a trusted workplace culture where everyone feels like they belong and can thrive.”

Seannice wants to make sure every person around her is doing OK and has all the support they would ever need.
She loves being in a position where she can make a positive impact in the workplace, and that goes for all the passengers, too.

“Getting people to work on time, you know, getting people to their doctor's appointment, like, you never know whose mother, grandmother, child, anybody that you're carrying on your bus,” she said. “You want them to be well taken care of because you never know if your mother or if your children or if anybody, you know, any of your family members are going to have to take the bus one day.”
