LA28 Olympics ticket registration now live

Wednesday is the first day you can register for an appointment to buy tickets to the 2028 Olympic Games.

KNX News’ Jon Baird spoke with people at the Culver City Stairs about whether they plan to try to get tickets. Moses, one of the people there, said he’s thought about it.

“I'm glad that it's in Los Angeles,” he said. “I think it's going to be a great games. I'm very interested in the Olympics.”

One woman said she wants tickets as well.

“I'm definitely interested in going to the Olympics if the ticket prices are reasonable,” she said. “If I get an appointment, I would like to get a ticket.”

Another woman said she plans to register, calling it a “once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.”

“I'm signing up, and if I get tickets, I'm going to be joyous,” she said. “If I don't get tickets, I'm still part of the experience because I live in the great city of L.A.”

You have until March 18th to register online, and if you are selected, you will receive an email the first week of April with a date and time for the appointment to finally buy your tickets.
