Bass and his partners in Rocco's, a bar across the street from the upcoming dance club, are on the project. Bass signed the lease on the building on 8911 Santa Monica Boulevard last March, according to WEHO Times.

WEHOville reported that the club's grand opening is Feb. 11, but so far Bass has been silent about the opening on his social pages.
